Machine Minder

What will this role achieve?
Machine Minders are accountable for product and process delivery. They, they will work closely with their Data Contact and ATM regarding any issues that they come across to achieve the production plan that ensure customer supply. The role will require flexibility and good communication skills.
All training will be given.
What will be your key deliverables?

• You will ensure that Health & Safety comes first in any area that you are working in`.


• You will be the highlight to an ATM and DC when your machinery breaks down.


• Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations.


• Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications / working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are delivered.

Green/Yellow/Red Period - Dayshift:

• Green Period - Monday to Thursday, 08:00-17:15.


• Yellow Period - Monday to Thursday, 08:00-17:15 and Friday 07:00 - 13:00.


• Red period - Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 17:15 and Friday, 07:00 -15:00.
