Logistics Manager

As Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of 4 Logistics Coordinators, supporting them with training/development and day to day management, as the team manage all administration, importing and arrivals of all Produce from supplier to AMT Fresh Ltd / Tesco depots.
You will play a key part in managing supplier relationships and dealing with haulage and customers clearance for the site. Additionally, you will manage all internal relationships with the Logistics Team, managing varying priorities across the business to ensure your team are providing the best possible service to the wider business.
Working Monday to Friday as standard, with occasional evening/weekend cover as required, you will work flexibly to achieve team goals, with a personable and consultative approach!

• Logistics background


• FMCG experience preferable, ideally within food/fresh produce industry


• Experience of managing/supervising a team, including training and developing team members


• Good communicator with ability to build relationships across all levels of a business


• Work in a professional, considered manner to manage conflicting priorities from internal stakeholders
