Lettings Negotiator

Ashbrookes Award Winning Estate Agents are on the hunt for driven Estate Agents to join us as Lettings Negotiators, adding to our stellar Lettings team at our exciting new branch in Sunderland. If you're passionate about real estate, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking to expand in multiple towns and cities . We are looking for additional staff to join our growing team to display their expertise and enhance their skills alongside growing the current portfolio.

Salary £22,500 - £35,000 (Uncapped commissions)

Responsibilities:

• Progressing online and telephone enquiries promptly


• Completing tenant reference checks


• Completing lettings contracts.


• Administering student check ins/check outs


• Dedication professionalism and attention to detail


• Communication between landlords, tenants and guarantors ensuring swift applications


• Develop personal, trust relationship with landlords and tenants


• Responsible for repair and maintenance


• Processing visits, check-out & inventory reports for student properties as well as dealing with any deposit disputes


• Adding applicants / tenants /landlords onto the database


• Work as part of a team and happy to assume responsibility


• Viewings as and when required


• Posting properties for marketing


• Touting


• Social media posts
  
  Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently

-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
-Working under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
-Knowledge of our CRM system Reapit (preferred)

• GCSE or equivalent (required)


Experience:

• Lettings Negotiation: 1 year (required)
