Full Job Description
As a Learner Experience Coordinator (LEC), your role is to coordinate and lead the production of e-learning content development. You are responsible for the
quality of the deliverables, ensuring we are meeting the customer brief within time and budget, whilst also striving for excellence in creativity, innovation and
productivity. This role requires high levels of organisation, communication, and collaboration, working seamlessly with other circles and spaces across the
organisation
- Experience of production management and working with creative
- Previous experience as a production coordinator, preferably within
- Experience converting face-to-face courses into online & blended
- Knowledge of learning principles and how they apply to distance
- Analytical with a high attention to detail.
- Experience of using different software applications, e.g., Microsoft
- Experience of using authoring tool.
- Experience of proofreading/quality checking/testing products.
- Familiarity with Netex and its products
- Awareness of how AI, authoring tools and other technical solutions are
