Full Job Description

Your focus as Learning and Development LMS Super User will be to lead the administration infrastructure for the LMS, including admin process and reporting.

You will be the L&D Super User for the department, working closely with IT system architects to ensure system functionality is optimised, sustainable and grows with the learning agenda required to deliver exceptional care.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all learning is administrated within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Developing the skills of others through delivering training on both the LMS and administration.

  • To design a range of L&D reports to support managers to evidence, track and celebrate learning and development activity.

  • To provide mentorship and support for those administering L&D activity across the organisation.


  • We will be looking to hold interviews for this role on Thursday 25th April.
