Full Job Description
The key stage leader will support the leadership Team to;
· Communicate the school's vision compellingly and supporting the strategic leadership team,
· The day-to-day management of a Key Stage.
· Support the formulating of aims and objectives for the school.
· Implement the policies for achieving the aims and objectives.
· Ensure the management of staff and resources to support that end.
· Support the monitoring of progress towards meeting the aims and objectives.
