Full Job Description

Below are a number of tasks required from the Technical Support Executive. The successful applicant will
be provided full in depth training on all our systems. With the chance to learn from the founder of the
company.

  • 1st Line Support - answering phone calls, emails from Residents and providing initial support for


  • heating/hot water problems.
  • Action any call-backs from out of hours support service report.

  • Progress any issues up the line to 2nd/3rd line support.

  • Monitor customer services inbox/online ticketing system.

  • Monitor remote diagnostics tools for any faults and investigate problems where required.

  • Assist billing team with any requests from customers.

  • Carry out basic hardware builds at our lab in Bournemouth to send out to customers.

    We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Apprentice Technical Support Executive to join our team
    in Bournemouth.

    Minibems specialises in the development of a demand management system for complex heating systems
    that enables significant energy reductions and cost savings. We provide cloud based visibility of all
    aspects of the heating environment for commercial buildings, and utilises opportunities to reduce energy
    consumption.

    We are looking to recruit someone who is confident, motivated, resourceful and is looking to build a career
    in the engineering sector. This role is a fusion of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and
    Software Engineer. This is a great opportunity to be exposed to these area and develop a strong career in
    the heat networks industry. You will have the full support of our team in Bournemouth to help you on your
    journey, with in depth training on all our systems. A real opportunity to progress within the company and
    discover your favoured Engineering path. You will also have the opportunity to support our Design
    engineers on larger complex projects if you desire.

    Below are a few of the tasks you will be responsible within your first year or so. With the view to moving
    into a more detailed role as you learn the industry and what we do at Minibems.
