Full Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to support our clinical hardware and software products deployed throughout the NHS. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting application issues, responding to customer queries and providing solutions. The successful candidate will join a friendly support team based at our Head Office in Hertfordshire.,

  • Provide specialist knowledge of HD Clinical applications and software (Full training will be provided)

  • Analyse, identify and resolve application issues

  • Provide remote technical support to our customer base.

  • Ability for prioritisation of technical based issues - working alongside colleagues on the service desk, logging, and actioning issues through to resolution.

  • Provide email & telephone support to our customer base.

    Enthusiastic about technical challenges and keen to learn

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support of bespoke systems

  • Troubleshooting/problem solving skills

  • Experience in technical support

  • Analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft office

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills face to face, telephone, and MS Teams

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work under own initiative

  • Ability to prioritise own workload based on issue prioritisation


  • Desirable Skills or Knowledge:
  • Zendesk software

  • SQL

  • Linux O/S

  • Windows Server (All versions)

  • Experience working with a variety of software platforms - from web based to mobile to desktop applications

  • Experience of working within or around the NHS environment

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
