Full Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Compositor to become a pivotal role in Aardman's latest Very Small Creatures series.

This Junior-level role forms part of the Compositing Team and will be primarily focused on compositing shots to completion in readiness for final grade. Shots will vary in complexity from simple paint to more complex, multi-layered Composite with roto, green screen, multiple elements including DMP and CG.
You will work closely with the Compositing Supervisor. to perform all tasks in the compositing process needed for assigned shots. This will involve following the production procedure to ensure that progression and completion of shots is clear and to keep the production team informed if assigned shots might take longer than scheduled

Successful applicants will need proven experience with Nuke and a good understanding of CG and VFX. You will have a good understanding of matte creation and multi-channel delivery to assist the colour artist in the grading process.
Experience with Shotgrid & Photoshop would be helpful and a willingness to learn Nuke CopyCat
