Full Job Description

  • Ensure all faults are progressed and resolved or escalated within the company's SLA, internally or externally

  • Maintain a knowledge base of any software or hardware problems detected

  • Support users in the use of hardware equipment by giving necessary advice

  • To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member (escalate)

  • To arrange for external 3rd party technical support where problems cannot be resolved

  • Create and update documents according to companies' policies

  • Report to a support team leader

  • Dedicated account management

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Essential
