HSE Officer - Construction

The successful candidate will manage and enhance the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with national and international standards and in promoting a culture of safety across the organisation. - Perform regular site audits, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight on all HSE matters.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any incidents and develop preventative strategies.
- Champion a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture at all levels within the company.

A minimum of a Level 3 NEBOSH qualification, with a preference for holders of a NEBOSH Diploma or an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proven track record in industrial services, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.
- Full UK driving license with a willingness to engage in national travel.
- Resilient, with a proven ability to manage stress and prioritize workload effectively.
