Full Job Description

Our HRIT team are responsible for maintaining and developing the HR/Payroll infrastructure. This role will drive HR Technology implementations through full life cycle planning, across UK & I and Central Europe. Provide subject matter expertise to support the HR and Payroll areas on documentation/design and deployment. As well as being critical to the maintenance of our governance documentation.,

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on full cycle HR system solutions to determine business requirements.

  • Research system functionality, recommending viable solutions and managing configuration changes, along with coordinate testing efforts to production launch

  • Lead analysts in managing and resolving issues submitted via our ticketing systems

  • Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert for HR Applications

  • Manage the systemic health of all HR systems

    Experience configuring and maintaining Jira and other process management systems.

  • Experience working with technical and non-technical contributors to develop clear, testable requirements.

  • Experience defining, documenting, and refining new and existing business processes.

  • Experience with HR technology platforms and HCM software platforms (e.g., SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science desirable, Management Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
