Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across our extensive portfolio of hotels and serviced accommodation. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.,

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming


• Ensure bedrooms are cleaned and fresh for new guests


• Ensure communal areas are presentable and welcoming


• Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels for ongoing "long stays"


• Empty waste units and dispose of waste properly


• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed


• Alert management to any maintanence issues


• Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their rooms or designated areas
  
  Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred


• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment


• Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met


• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Good communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
