Full Job Description

We are seeking employ a full time Technical Helpdesk Advisor to join our Technical Services team.

We are an entertainment technology company with an innovative approach to providing audio visual hardware integration and software services to a variety of different commercial sectors including bingo clubs, holiday parks, adult gaming centres, casinos, and to businesses operating in the wider hospitality and leisure sectors.

The Role:

Providing first line logging, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and service requests that enter the service desk via phone call or email to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.

Dealing with customer queries, handing over to technical specialists where appropriate and keeping customers up to date with progress and resolutions.

Identify and capture any potential software/hardware issues and escalate as necessary.

Assist with PC and Media Player build, configuration, imaging, maintenance and service.

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

    £20,000 - £24,000 depending on age and experience

  • 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays)
