Full Job Description
- Main works required would be installation of gas and oil boilers, system upgrades , power flushing & plumbing works
- Carrying out installation and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties within a 30 mile radius of Long Sutton, South Lincolnshire.
- Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
- Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during the course of your daily work.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified Heating Engineer with Gas ACS qualifications, and ideally, have unvented, LPG and Oftec qualifications., Gas ACS qualifications, service and maintenance experience. Including CCN1, WAT1, HTR1, CKR1 - Oftec / Unvented and City & Guilds NVQ in plumbing Qualifications and experience would be advantageous.
