Health & Safety Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the workplace environment by implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures., Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and preventive measures
- Provide safety training to employees on various topics
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain records of inspections, training, and incidents

Proven work experience as a Safety Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols supported by appropriate qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in First Aid is required
- Experience in root cause analysis is preferred
- Proficiency in report writing is a plus
