Health Care Assistant

Providing personalized care and assistance to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assisting with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers.
- Administering medication
- Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and light household tasks.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting social interaction and mental well-being.
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.

Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
