Head Chef

We are seeking a passionate,, enthusiastic chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that brightens our clients' and customers' days, contracted to 37.5 hours per week working day shifts on a five over seven basis

```Responsibilities```

- Preparing delicious, high-quality food

- Overseeing and implementing seasonal menu changes

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensuring an organised kitchen environment

- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary

Previous experience working as a Chef or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

- Proficiency in food safety and HSE procedures

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
