Handyman / woman / Maintenance

Property Options is an independent Estate Agency Based in Littleover, Derby.

£12 - £15 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, Temp to perm, Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract, Freelance, Will be undertaking work from painting and decorating to fencing.

• Clearing or cleaning general areas


• Shifting furniture or equipment


• Assembling furniture or equipment


• Light plumbing and electrical work.


We have contracts with many landlords and currently growing.

Looking to take someone on, on a self-employed basis or employed basis.

You will be responsible for your own tax if you choose to work on a self-employed basis.

On a part-time basis or full-time basis

Initially 3 to 5 days a week

Will advise on what needs doing on a daily basis.

Will need to travel to various locations within the Derby area.

No tools are needed but desirable.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
