Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of the business. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you., Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (e.g., restaurant, hotel)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills,

  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)
