Gas Safe Heating Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Gas Safe Heating Engineer to provide safe and efficient gas, maintenance and repair services. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and resolving gas-related issues, have a strong understanding of gas safety regulations, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team alongside excellent problem-solving skills., To be able to repair and service domestic plumbing/heating installations and appliances in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with current regulations/legislation. Core responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Service, repair and maintain gas systems and appliances.


• Provide advice on the installation of new gas systems and appliances.


• Install and repair plumbing fixtures and appliances.


• Carry out boiler/central heating installations.


• Keep accurate records of all work carried out.


· Use our management software to update status of all works completed

Be capable of working efficiently, show diligence and have the ability to demonstrate good customer care. Uses own initiative, where appropriate, good time keeper, full UK driving licence

Requirements:

Essential

• Domestic Gas: Minimum 3 years


· Own hand tools & Vehicle

· Gas ACS (required)

· CCN1 (required)

· CENWAT (required)

· UK Full Driving Licence,
• plumbing and heating: 3 years (preferred)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (option to work flexi between winter and summer months and overtime available on weekends) Salary dependant on experience and qualifications. Overtime available during winter months. Flexible holiday allowance., Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
