Floor Manager

Setting whole Floor and customer sitting areas as per the health and safety measure and guidelines laid down by the government and ensure the customer satisfaction.

- Supervising the staff and training them up.

- Purchasing/directing the purchase of supplies and preparation of accounts.

- verifying that quality of food, beverages and waiting service are as required and that dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Checking that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit.

• English Language skill Level B1 minimum. Skill level of RQF3 or above and/or relevant experience is preferred. This is a new entrant position for candidates below 26 years old and full training will be provided upon joining.

Your work will be especially important for our customers satisfaction and excellent culinary experience., Competitive salary of £3100.00 per year with benefits & entitlements including 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer's pension contribution, meals on duty and salary review, recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitment. Successful candidate is required to work 38 hours a week including weekends.
