Finance Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. Duties: - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions - Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports as needed - Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements - Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred - Previous experience in a finance or accounting
