Full Job Description
This new role will oversee the Support Fenland's project development and implementation with the support of the Deputy CEO of Hunts Forum. They will lead on some and support other activities highlighted within the project plan. They will be part of the team that develops and defines what infrastructure support looks like in the district. Hunts Forum has a small staff team, and this role will add to the team's development output across Cambridgeshire, supporting voluntary and community groups across the district with partnership, governance, funding, volunteering, and other aspects of good practices. They will work closely with other team members across both CCVS and Hunts Forum, especially with the Support Fenland Communities Officer and Communications Officer, whom they will coordinate.

- You may not have done this work before, but you will be keen to develop and learn.
- You will have a curiosity and drive to build relationships and develop networks between sectors, organisations and those living in the district.
- You will have a flair for encouraging neighbourhoods and individuals to build on their ideas.
- You will be happy to talk to anyone and listen to what they say, suggesting options and support.
