We have an opportunity for a Electronics Technician (Avionics) to join our team in Basingstoke. You will perform Test, Evaluation, Fault-finding & Repair across several product lines, usually within a single area.

Electronics Technician responsibilities

  • Applies a range of technical concepts, principles and techniques (Across several product lines).


  • Demonstrates understanding of technical, Quality and workshop processes sufficient to perform multiple functions and solve complex problems.


  • Identifies issues and areas for improvement with existing technical and area processes that are typically internal to the organisation.


  • Provides training on technical matters and area processes. Provide appropriate guidance to others appropriate to their competency and experience.


  • Participates in area process, and cross-area process teams usually with a clearly defined charter.


  • Communicates competently in group situations. Provides detailed, technical information to others.


  • Able to effectively prioritise workload to meet TAT and changing customer needs.

    Working experience fault finding to component level with the ability to read circuit diagrams


  • Experience using bench equipment


  • Demonstrates growth in technical competence and maturity through work experience
