Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional dog grooming services to ensure the maximum comfort and happiness of each and every dog.

What you'll be doing:

· Bathing, shampooing & conditioning dogs using specialised products such as de-shedding treatments.

· Drying dogs

· Prepping/grooming/finishing dogs to a high standard so that they are ready for trimming

· De-matting dogs' hair

· Clipping/scissoring dogs' hair to conform to a variety of breed-specific standard styles

· Maintaining excellent salon presentation and high standards of cleanliness, safety and housekeeping in the salon, including making sure the salon stays as calm and quiet as possible

· Communicating with customers, answering the telephone, and scheduling appointments

· Taking payments (cash and card)

Are you a passionate and experienced Dog Groomer?

Would you thrive from working in an award winning, high-end salon experiencing huge growth?

Do you love being surrounded by a great team with a portfolio of fantastic clients and dogs?, · Minimum level 3 city and guilds qualification in dog grooming or equivalent or at least 2 years of professional dog grooming experience

· Be able to complete a minimum of 4 full grooms per day

· Experience working with a variety of dog breeds

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently or as a team and manage a busy schedule

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· someone who can vibe with the team,
