Full Job Description

The role:

Oxford High School is looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Manager to support the development and implementation of our new digital strategy.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic individual skilled at bringing digital communications and social media channels to life, through the development of engaging and relevant content across a leading independent day school based in Oxford. We were recently awarded Independent Girls' School of the Year 2023.

You will have experience of planning and implementing impactful digital marketing campaigns which support broader organisational goals. With an eye for a good story, you will identify opportunities and create and distribute relevant and engaging content to a range of audiences to support our objectives and key messaging. You will also be comfortable evaluating digital activity to assess impact.

As an integral part of the Marketing, Admissions and Communications team, you will enjoy working as part of a team but will be comfortable working independently and taking initiative to identify solutions and improvements.

The role will have responsibility for the management of the school website, ensuring the website is up-to-date and relevant and provides an excellent user experience.

If you have the passion to work in a busy and varied role in a leading independent day school, we would love to hear from you.

In return, we offer you a great community in which to work where ideas are welcomed. Oxford High School is Oxford's oldest girls' school and provides a vibrant, dynamic and creative environment for staff and pupils alike.
