Full Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Business Partner who will be responsible for developing a digital communications strategy alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager, based on the needs of colleagues, clients and communities, building our presence, protecting our reputation and improving experiences. You'll be the conduit between communications, IT and our digital agencies, with expertise in social media, managing websites and multi-channel campaign management.
Our website is our shop window, and this role will develop user-friendly web pages, updating content in line with our digital guidelines, maximising SEO and increasing visitors whilst keeping track of industry trends.
You will take a proactive role in crafting creative digital communications, videos and image posts to share across our social media platforms, increasing our followers and maximising engagement levels. To succeed in this role, you must be competent in using tools such as Hootsuite, Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro and YouTube and have an excellent eye for detail.
You will be part of a small but effective team that provides excellent service to the business, and we want you to be the team expert and trainer on social media, web analytics, systems, and accessibility to upskill across the team and train our graduates. You'll also play a lead role in supporting incident management and crisis response to ensure our digital channels are up-to-date and informative.
This is a permanent opportunity and will be of hybrid nature with both home working and working from our office in Chorley or Birmingham.
What will your day look like...

  • Monitoring and reporting on website performance, navigation, usability, design and stability.

  • Reporting on the outcomes of digital marketing campaigns and social media activity.
