• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn


• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including text, images and videos


• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategy


• Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and clarity.


• Utilise video editing software to create compelling video content for social media platforms


• Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media posts


• Assist with website updates and maintenance as needed


• Use website analytics to understand trends (best sellers) and prioritise campaigns


• Create e-shots to be sent to customers - working with inhouse graphics team


• Work with internal and external resources to best optimise the customers online experience, Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, including Functional Skills if required


• This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Derby Road campus, NG18. This attendance is required during term time only


• You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession


• You will experience a blended learning model


• You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio


• At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged
