Digital Marketer

We are looking for two tenacious, bright and capable people to help generate new business enquiries, using PPC advertising and a wide range of other digital marketing disciplines., We are looking for someone with a foundation of knowledge in Google Ads and SEO, who loves to write and is happy analysing data to make marketing decisions. You should also have an interest in everything digital marketing and beyond into traditional marketing.

You will get hands on experience in lots of established digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and we are branching out into a range of other new and exciting disciplines that we want you to be involved with.

We want your ideas and creativity to set our aspirations for growth alight - you will be central to our success in all that you do.

There are no clunky layers of red tape here, you are up close to the action and making real change every day. Our world is fast paced and exciting, with hour by hour results showing us what we are achieving.

Knowledge of the finance industry is not a requirement of the role. We do accept new marketing graduates.

You will be part of a team of marketing professionals working across a number of brands within our Group, and amongst a wider group of energised, work-hard and play-hard individuals, all focussed on achieving success together.

This is an exciting role with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in all sorts of digital marketing and wider marketing disciplines.

Qualifying criteria

Degree or Chartered Institute of Marketing (or equivalent) qualification.

Working knowledge of Google Ads.

Fantastic writing skills.

The successful candidates will be joining either brokerage Commercial Trust Limited (office based in Norwich) or lender Mercantile Trust Limited (office based in Norwich, with occasional travel to Watford), privately owned companies that are part of a Group of finance companies, based in different parts of the UK.

You will be mentored by the marketing manager and a team of marketing executives who work for each of the group companies, so that you are set up for success.
