Scope and deliver new business development opportunities and new clinical services in line with the vision and strategy of the Cromwell Hospital and its associated provision footprint. Move at pace to create and enhance commercial propositions that meet and exceed patient and consultant needs.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Commercial Development Team and Head of Development with the design, development, implementation and successful embedding of new business opportunities and projects.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, providing a point of contact to allow key opportunities to be identified, in line with the Cromwell's strategic growth vision.

  • Lead on the delivery of new or enhanced clinical services to support growth plans.

  • Support on the recruitment of new GPs, consultants and consultant groups in key speciality areas that align with both the clinical and business strategy.

  • Maintain a strong and proactive communicative network between Cromwell Hospital and Consultants and develop a network of contacts to attract new business.

  • When appropriate serve as project manager to ensure delivery of agreed objectives and KPIs.

  • Work with Bupa stakeholders to ensure Cromwell objectives are front of mind and prioritised to support delivery of the commercial plan.

    Able to identify, research, develop a business plan and execute in a timely manner.

  • Able to demonstrate good attention to detail while meeting multiple project deadlines.

  • Excellent relationship building skills.

  • Relevant experience in a hospital environment delivering new services or projects.

  • Solid understanding of independent healthcare practice including developments, challenges, and opportunities in the current climate.

  • Excellent understanding of grammar and punctuation

  • Confident in compiling and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
