Deputy Manager children's home

I am looking for a Deputy Manager to work in solo home for children with learning disabilities in the Kettering Northamptonshire.

In this role you will:

• Assist the Registered Manager in ensuring that the Home meets the standards and expectations of its Statement of Purpose


• Take charge of the home in the Manager's absence


• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children


• Assist in the establishing and maintenance of a competent, motivated and confident staff team


• Offer leadership, managerial direction, guidance and support to the staff team


• Liaise with Local Authorities, School, Health and other professionals to achieve best outcomes for young people
  
  Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care


• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role


• The ability lead a team


• The ability to work varying shifts, which include early morning and late evening work.
