Full Job Description

Your role will primarily be to receive and process, both transport & warehouse related, customer bookings, ensure all details are correct and proactively monitor through the operational process. Additionally, to resolve customer questions & queries, work closely with our operational teams and present a "can-do" attitude to our clients, in line with our company beliefs.

Duties will include:

  • Manage the customer's day to day requirements

  • Understand the key drivers for your client portfolio

  • Integrate new business in line with customer expectations

  • Ensure clients comply with warehouse legal requirements, including DGSA

  • Manage warehouse and transport job

  • Ensure jobs are correctly priced

  • Ensure HMRC warehouse controls are followed

  • Disseminate and communicate information to customers

  • Maintain document files and archives

  • Resolve customer questions & queries

  • Distribute and communicate information internally

  • Exchange information with other company operations departments

  • Pro-actively monitor jobs through the operational process

  • Ensure clients are kept informed of key information

    GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)

    Salary £24,440 p.a.


    • Shift: 08:30 - 17:00 hrs

    Shift may vary slightly in the future, depending on the business requirement
