From handling inquiries and bookings to resolving complaints and developing key relationships, your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers are happy and satisfied.

Here are some of the exciting duties and responsibilities you'll be taking on:

• Providing day-to-day support to our customer base and meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements


• Managing initial customer complaints and effectively addressing their concerns


• Proactively communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded


• Handling financial queries and creating customer orders with precision


• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services to our existing customers


• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations


• Collaborating with various teams across the company to deliver outstanding service


• Being flexible with working hours and taking on additional duties as needed
