Customer Service Advisor

At OCS Group, we are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor, who will resolve incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies.
You will be working on a casual basis, from 08:30 to 19:00, this is a 0-hour contract - to cover holidays and sick leaves. You will also:

• Assist and advise the public, staff and visitors with their shopping needs.


• Deal with queries resolve problems and efficiently operate and use systems.


• Sale of Gift cards, mobility scooters, Kiddy rides and any other services provided


• Ensure standards are achieved throughout
  
  A professional approach


• Excellent Guest service skills and good communication skills


• Be computer literate


• Enjoy working on your own initiative and as part of a team
