Full Job Description
· Liaising with our own customers to provide support and information where required
· Monitor system messages and emails and respond in a timely manner
· Ensure customer paperwork is scanned into the system where required
· Monitor customer deliveries and provide required updates
· Answering telephone queries from both internal and external parties
· Process and book deliveries for depots and customers
· Work closely with the warehouse and operations team
· Build and maintain existing relationships with network hauliers and customers
We are looking for a confident, hardworking, team player to join a busy customer service desk dealing mainly with the pallet network shipments delivered by us and the third party hauliers that we work closely with on a daily basis.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential along with the ability to focus within a fast paced office environment.
Previous experience within the transport sector is preferable, however full training will be provided., · Good communication skills

· Reactive to problems / delays that may arise,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
