Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience Team.

The Team will be at the heart of the Council, working with all service areas to manage complaints, data governance requests and insurance matters.

The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering high quality services. You will work well with others, easily able to form positive working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
