Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate and commercial lawyer to join a forward thinking and progressive firm based in the East of England. The successful candidate will work on a varied mix of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, partnerships, IP and commercial agreements. Candidates with a proven track record in networking/business development are highly desirable. This role will sit within the friendly and supportive corporate and commercial team and all fee earners work closely with paralegals and trainees that come through the department.
