conveyancing fee earner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing fee earner to join our well-respected conveyancing team. The successful candidate will join a small team working under supervision from the head of department and will run a caseload from inception to conclusion. All levels of experience will be considered, and applications are welcomed from solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers. Experience of dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, plot purchases and help to buy schemes is required. Essential skills for the role include being an excellent communicator.

Experience with Freehold & Leasehold properties. Able to run your own caseload from quotation to post completion with support from a full time Conveyancing Assistant. Ability to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. Excellent technical knowledge. Proactive and capable of managing a varied caseload efficiently.
