The Commercial Contracts Legal Specialist will lead the efficient management of commercial contracts using technology driven solutions to enhance effectiveness and streamline workflows. Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Managing contract lifecycles from initiation to renewal or termination, including tracking key dates and obligations

Technology Integration

Implementing and optimizing technology solutions for contract management and workflow automation

Collaborating with IT and relevant stakeholders to integrate legal tech tools and platforms effectively

Training team members on the use of legal tech tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy

Legal Compliance

Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting commercial contracts

Providing guidance to internal teams on legal risks and compliance matters related to contract negotiations and execution

Key Stakeholders

3 - 5 years of experience in commercial contract management, legal operations, or related legal roles

Proficiency in legal tech tools such as contract management software, e-signature platforms, and document automation tools

Strong understanding of commercial contract terms, legal compliance, and risk management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills

Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing business needs., Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; Legal certification preferred.
