Coating Machine Operator

systematic- we work to rigid processing procedure and do not permit deviation without consent and discussion with management,

· Able to read and understand specific calculus, precision scales and other measuring devices, and able to read and understand graphs.

· Numerate and Literate as the job involves filling in paperwork correctly and calculating data.

. Collating and checking orders for processing

· Identifying and allocating correct base materials

· Setting machine to produce required dimension(s)

· Operating and maintaining strict quality control while recording process data

· Returning unused base materials to stock

.Able to work within ISO9001 and ISO45001 OH&S standards

. Able to work under basic hygiene standards

. Able to use own initiative- ability to look and plan ahead

. Protocol aware- must not work autonomously and always seek advice from line manager and their assistant.
