Full Job Description

Our client is a reputable transportation company located at Heathrow Airport, dedicated to providing safe and efficient passenger services. They are currently seeking experienced coach drivers with a D driving license to join their team.

As a coach driver, your main responsibility will be to safely transport passengers to and from various destinations. This role demands excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service.,

  • To transport staff and passengers between car parks and airport terminals, where customer interaction and decision making are key.

  • To ensure passengers receive a smooth, safe, friendly, and efficient service, both airside and landside as required.

  • Safely operate the vehicle, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.

  • Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a punctual schedule.

  • Report all incidents or issues to Control office immediately.

  • Maintain a clean and tidy bus at all times.

  • Maintain effective communication with passengers, colleagues, and dispatchers.

  • Keep accurate records of driving hours, rest breaks, and vehicle maintenance.

  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

    A PCV category D driving license is required.

  • Passenger transport CPC is required.

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service.

  • A strong track record of safe driving is required.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Maintain a strong focus on punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Working Hours:
  • Full-time position with a standard minimum 42-hour work week.

  • Shift schedule - 7 days on, 3 days off, then 7 days on, 4 days off.

  • Weekend, evening, and holiday availability needed.
