Full Job Description

  • Level & Responsibility: This role might be better known as Digital Account Executive in other businesses., We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Digital team within our Asda partnership at SMG. In this role, you will be supporting successful digital campaign delivery for LS11 Asda media centre. You will be responsible for managing media within a specific category (or categories) of the Asda website, working with the Asda e-commerce team and 3rd party ad-tech partners to deliver best-in-class service supplier brands and Asda users. You will also be proactive in ensuring media optimisation and delivery., Practice the best way to plan campaigns to ensure effective delivery of the monetised digital media within your category, ensuring that performance is a key goal.

  • Consistently monitor campaigns to ensure performance against KPIs, proactively flagging potential risks.

  • Form strong working relationships with peers within the Digital Ad-Ops team, contributing to a high-performance team to drive engagement. You will also build relationships with account managers to ensure collaboration on digital media booking and delivery.

  • Create the company that everyone would like to work for. Whether it's leading our training and development efforts or managing our PR and marketing agenda, you'll be expected to get stuck in and help the team build an outstanding business.

  • Flag any technical problems to senior team members and your manager, so that these issues can be tracked and addressed in a sensible order.
