Full Job Description

  • Prepare food to our exacting specification, consistently and on time.

  • Take control & ownership of your section, with the ability to move between sections when required.

  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure orders leave the kitchen to the required high standards.

  • Lead and train staff.

  • Adhere to our high hygiene and safety standards.

    We're looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion and flair for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Chef de Partie you will:

  • Demonstrate the skills and a have a passion to deliver fantastic food.

  • Be an exceptional team player.

  • Demonstrate great planning, organisational and communication skills.

  • Plan and oversee day-to-day running of your section to meet service requirements.

  • Have excellent workload management and prioritisation skills.

  • Ideally hold NVQ levels 2&3.

  • Possess good verbal and written English.

  • Show willingness to learn new skills.

  • Be computer literate.

  • Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

  • We are regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority so require a 5 year checkable work history.

We produce exquisite food from our facility based in the leafy suburb of Church Crookham in Hampshire, by a passionate kitchen team and delivered by our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

  • Basic salary of £30-35k depending on experience.
