Chef de Partie

We have an opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the team who strive to deliver quality food starting with the first meal of the day, then this role could be for you.

The Chef De Partie with the team will provide a quality well-presented and support with food preparation for lounge, restaurant, meetings and events and private functions.

Our Chef De Partie will have passion and commitment to quality, show team work to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the well-known high standards and have the autonomy to share vison and experience to deliver quality dishes.

The Role:

· To be an integral member of the kitchen in producing an exception food experience

· To ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to.

· You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous chef experience with an eye for detail & a passion for perfection.
