CCTV Operator / Parking Customer Service operator - Eastleigh - Full & Part

To provide a monitoring and control service using CCTV, communication systems and computer based access control systems, within the standards laid down in the Code of Practice and Operational Procedural Manual.

· Good customer service skills and interaction with the public

· Monitoring CCTV, Front line maintenance

· Monitor 2 x car parks for Eastleigh Borough Council

· Will be expected to walk a short distance to the sites

· Fault reporting

· Basic IT skills, Operators may be required to undergo a police vetting procedure or other approved security clearance before commencing duties as a CCTV operator.

Operators may be required to attend court and give evidence on the basis of their duties as a CCTV operator.

· SIA CCTV License is desirable but the company will provide financial support to obtain it.

· must be physically able to walk distances at a quick pace

· Car parking attendant experience is desirable

· Flexible and adaptable to work shift patterns

· Excellent verbal and written English

· Excellent telephone skills

· IT and Computer Literate

· Able to interact with customers

· willing to do rotating shift pattern

· customer service and control room experience
