Catering Assistant

This is an exciting time to join our catering team as we are in the process of developing our catering delivery. You will utilise your previous experience in a fresh food environment to initially deliver great quality and build your customer following, you'll be a part of shaping our future, helping us to develop our service and seize new opportunities., We are looking for a Senior Catering Assistant who understands the importance of service and quality and what it takes to run a successful kitchen. You will have an excellent understanding of food hygiene standards (qualified to CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering) training provided to level 3 and bepurchasing and stock control., · Valid food hygiene qualification(desirable)
