Call Centre Agent

We are seeking call handlers to join our enthusiastic and hard-working team.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for speaking to members of the public and account customers and to input their booking details to our Icabbi booking system. You will also be responsible for communicating with external organisations, drivers and must ensure a smooth booking process for all involved.

We are a 24 hours / 365 days of the year business, therefore bank holidays are just normal working days to us, so if you were employed by us you would be expected to work bank holidays if your shift fell on those particular days. Also you will be asked to help cover busy periods especially during December even if they weren't your regular days. All staff are required to work some shifts during Christmas and New Year.

Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills are essential for this role.

You will receive full training and will be supported throughout.
