  • Shadowing production of personalised gifts, medals and frames

  • Answering in-person customer queries

  • Processing orders and taking payments.

  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and payment processing

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • Monday - Friday, 8.00am until 5.00pm - shifts may vary. You may be asked to work an occasional 2 hours on a Saturday morning., You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience. This could be relevant:
