Full Job Description

  • Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need

  • Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations

  • Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly

  • Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer

  • Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces

  • Taking cash or card payments from customers

  • Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends

  • Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time

  • Ability to work in a stressful, loud or intimidating environment

  • Practical bartending skills, such as using cocktail shakers, beer taps, changing an optic ect.

    We are a family run business, we have two locations you would be required to work at. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our team at our vibrant bars. Your role will require you to operate as part of the front of house team which includes making drinks, dealing with customer enquiries and serving efficiently.


    • The right candidate should be able to work as part of a team, have good organisational skills and be a quick and efficient in a fast paced environment.

    Candidates need to be flexible (weekend availability is essential) and must have previous experience in similar roles. We are looking for someone with who is hungry to understand all aspects of The Biddick Dining Experience and The Prospect Italian Bistro. Salary will be determined by experience, minimum being the NMW. Tips and bonuses are also available. You must be 18+ years old.,
  • Bartending: 2 years (required)

  • Restaurant: 1 year (required)

  • Cocktail: 2 years (preferred)

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


    • Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
